20 Minutes of Cardio Training

Chase down your fitness goals as you get your heart pumping on our Woodway treadmills. Your instructor sets the intensity level; you set the pace to achieve it.

40 Minutes of Strength Training

Our signature strength program trains major muscle groups daily for balanced growth and recovery. We begin with hypertrophy, progressing safely toward your one-rep max. Each two-week block emphasizes mobility, form, and load before adjusting reps.
